• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination

• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Listings and Transactions

5.1 Listing Content

Service providers and sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Float does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of items or services listed.

5.2 Transactions

Transactions conducted through Float are contracts between buyers and sellers. Float facilitates these transactions but is not a party to them. We are not responsible for the performance of buyers or sellers.

5.3 Fees and Payments

Float charges fees for certain services as outlined in our fee schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled through third-party providers subject to their terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Float and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By posting content on Float, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
