Commitment to GDPR

Float Digital LLC ("Float") is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which took effect May 25, 2018. The regulation contains the most significant changes to European data privacy legislation in the last 20 years.

Float is based in the United States. Information we collect may be transferred to, and stored at, any of our affiliates, partners, or service providers which may be inside or outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland.
